Client Policy

    • All treatments are strictly by appointment only.

    • Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full treatment.

    • If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

    • We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours may result in a 50% charge of the treatment fee.

    • Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full.

    • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

    • Deposits are deducted from the final treatment cost.

    • Deposits may be transferred to a new booking if sufficient notice is given.

    • All clients must complete a medical and consent form prior to treatment.

    • It is your responsibility to disclose any health conditions, allergies, or medications.

    • We may decline treatment if it is not safe or suitable.

    • Clients must be 18 years or older for all aesthetic treatments.

    • Proof of age may be requested.

    • Payments for treatments are non-refundable once carried out.

    • Results vary depending on individual factors, and no guarantees can be made.

    • Follow-up appointments may be recommended for best results.

    • We operate under strict hygiene and infection-control protocols.

    • Please do not attend if you are unwell, have an infection, or active cold sores in the treatment area.

    • Abusive or disrespectful behaviour towards staff will not be tolerated.

    • Jensclinic reserves the right to refuse treatment at any time.

    • All client information is treated in strict confidence and in line with GDPR regulations.
