All treatments are strictly by appointment only.
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full treatment.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
Cancellations made within 48 hours may result in a 50% charge of the treatment fee.
Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Deposits are deducted from the final treatment cost.
Deposits may be transferred to a new booking if sufficient notice is given.

All clients must complete a medical and consent form prior to treatment.
It is your responsibility to disclose any health conditions, allergies, or medications.
We may decline treatment if it is not safe or suitable.

Clients must be 18 years or older for all aesthetic treatments.
Proof of age may be requested.

Payments for treatments are non-refundable once carried out.
Results vary depending on individual factors, and no guarantees can be made.
Follow-up appointments may be recommended for best results.

We operate under strict hygiene and infection-control protocols.
Please do not attend if you are unwell, have an infection, or active cold sores in the treatment area.

Abusive or disrespectful behaviour towards staff will not be tolerated.
